Jess coached the boys’ middle school team for five years and regularly worked the high school games as well. Their first regular‑season game was on March 19th—which also would have been Jess’s 34th birthday. The boys warm- up included Jess’s favorite songs, including some she used for her own pre‑game warmups.

The snack stand featured many of Jess’s favorite foods, with proceeds benefiting the Jess Fin Foundation.
